“As a weightlifter, traveling can make it difficult to find a gym. Mostly because some gyms won’t accommodate drop ins who do their own program. But State College Strength & Conditioning went above and beyond that standard. They made it easy for me to come and do my thing. The coaches are extremely friendly. And they have an extremely clean gym. After some conversations with the coaches, I found they are true professionals; coaches with real education and experience. So if you’re dropping in like me, or want CrossFit, I see no better place to go in the area.”
