In high school, Jordan was active in lacrosse, wrestling, soccer, swimming and JiuJitsu. Since then, has focused on bodybuilding until finding CrossFit in July 2017. Jordan excels at the power lifts as well as sprints and is determined to improve his double unders and handstand walks. He loves empowering individuals within the context of a strong community as a coach at State College Strength & Conditioning.
Something most people don’t know about Jordan? He used to be asthmatic, and had a plethora of food allergies, still have a choking problem, and back issues. He’s learned his greatest obstacle is not my circumstances but my perspective and drive to improve regardless of them.
