OUR Classes

Open Gym

Our memberships come with open gym time so that you can come and train on your schedule. During open gym sessions, you can come in for unguided gym time and work toward your fitness goals. The coaching staff is available to assist you during any open gym session.

Yoga

Although yoga may seem contrary to the high intensity of our group classes, our classes perfectly complement your other workout experiences improving your flexibility. We have experienced instructors to guide you through lessons.

Group Training

Our classes combine cardio with strength training in a variety of ways. No matter how frequently you attend, you won’t feel like you’re doing the same exercises again and again. These high-intensity classes are an hour long.

Bootcamp

SCSCfit

Small Group strength & conditioning classes utilizing proven methods for the fastest way to achieve your goals in a group training environment. A variety of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sleds & bodyweight exercises in combination with bikes, row ergs and ski ergs for simple, challenging workouts in under an hour 3 x/ week.

Weightlifting

An hour training session for those who enjoy olympic weightlifting with a focus on developing the Snatch and Clean & Jerk utilizing the major lifts as well as complexes and assistance lifts.

Yoga

This invigorating Vinyasa yoga class links breath to movement through a sequence of physical postures designed to build balance, strength, and flexibility. Postures are sequenced in a way to create both a fun and calming practice that will help increase body awareness and alignment through a mind-body connection. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have a regular practice, this class is designed for you! A truly all-level class, many pose variations will be offered for you to customize this class to your own needs.
